Driving ME Crazy!!♥
Tdy was a total terrible day! I dunno why tis month after my 2days off,I haf been meeting horrijible ppl! Jus not long after I reported to work @ my service desk,nasty customer came. This man asked where can he top up his cashcard,so I told him either he can go to the nearest 7-11 which is @ citylink mall or he can actually go dwn to the basement to top up by nets. Then he told mi that he does not haf any atm card and want to top up by cash. I repeated myself again and he shouted sayin "How can this be? Such a big suntec mall do not even have a 7-11?" (Don ask mi why,I m wonderin why suntec does not have a 7-11 too)
I told him sorry sir,we realli do not have a 7-11 here,the nearest one is @ citylink mall. He was unhappy and want mi to write tis down in black and white.. I m like thinkin WTH?!? Write down? I ignored. Then he said " Ask your high authority to come and speak to mi,I don want to talk to you!" Wahh ok fine!! I don feel like talkin to you either! So I called my supervisor and asked her to help mi talked to him instead. He kept complaining over the fone and said wad he gt knee-joint problem cannot walk far and haf been lookin for hours in the mall wher the 7-11 is? And even said he don even noe wher city link mall is? And the funniest ting is he still can ask why not you provide a wheelchair for mi? Seriously MAD! U tink u r the KING? Mus b kidding HA HA!
So contridicting.. U said u had knee problem and u can even walked so mani hrs in suntec jus to find tt 7-11? U don noe citylink mall and u don wan to go citylink mall is 2 diff ting.. If u don noe hw to go,I can give uu directions rite? And u wan wheelchair? U are not even tt old to sit on tt! Then my supervisor called again and asked mi to tell him to wait for 5-10mins and the person-in-charge frm the carpark wld come to attend him. Ppl alreadi tried to help and he said he wan to complain to the forum and asked for my name. So I told him why do u wan my name for? He said he wan to complain and use my name as a backup for witness or someting? F***! I ignored him and he asked mi again so wad abt ur surname? So ok since he wan to complain so much,go ahead then! I gave him and he told mi his name too. He stil gt the cheek to say tt it was not ur fault,I jus wan to complain. Like who cares? I m jus doin my job here and it was also not my fault for not giving u a 7-11 shop here rite? When the person-in-charge came,he actually followed him to citylink mall to top up his card. NONSENSE rite?? Jus now u can go don wan,need someone to actually escort uu to go tgt to citylink mall? Wad crap is tt?!
TIS REALLI MADE MI BOIL!! Jus cannot utd these ppl.. U think by makin a big fuss out of it wld get uu into someting good? So wad we r in the customer service line? We r also human beings rite? Yea it's true tt our pay come from uu workin ppl's pocket BUT tt doesnt mean tt uu all can bully us like tt rite? We are not ur servants jus to serve uu. If U said we are,then aren't uu ppl also servants serving under the gov? Do make some sense man!
I seriously cannot tahan this job any longer and I would never even want to stay in tt job any day longer.. Jus wish to end it soon and enjoy my last week of holidays!
